Flowers for my Mum's birthday not delivered as not only did the lady take my number down incorrectly she didn't process the card properly. UNBELIEVABLE. She could have delivered the flowers with a note asking to be put in touch with me. You are supposed to be providing a service. SO unhappy about this.
